Automotive Adjustable Torsion Bar consists of a bar and spline assembled by welding, the bar can be made by plasma cut, forging and stamping depends on the nature and application of the product. The bar is welded with the spline followed by the surface treatment, KTL and zinc-plating are the most common surface treatment process.
