Plastic Thermoforming AGV Shell is one of our plastic forming products developed for domestic AGV manufacture.

Plastic Thermoforming AGV Shell is made by 5mm thickness ABS material with UL94 V0 Flammability Standard compliance. The product color can be OEM made with the MOQ of material weight of 1,000kg. After thermoforming, the Plastic Thermoforming AGV Shell is trimed and milled by CNC machine for meeting its functional requirements. The internal components are glued with specially designed fixture.

Also, surface painting is available for Plastic Thermoforming AGV Shell production for meeting clients’ diverse or unique requirements.
